Privacy and data use
IDFit is designed so the free generator can improve without retaining the personal words you enter.
Generator inputs
Names and identity anchors from social-name generators, plus creator-tool topics, briefs, audiences, tones, titles, and episode summaries, are sent to Qwen or DeepSeek through OpenRouter only to produce the requested results. IDFit does not write these raw fields to its feedback database.
Anonymous product events
We may record the locale, option identifiers, model and profile version, result rank, action type, and a one-way hash of a selected handle. We do not store the raw handle, identity anchor, or IP address in this database. A random anonymous session identifier expires after 24 hours.
Liked handles
Complete liked handles and the preferences that produced them stay in your browser on this device. You can remove them individually from the liked-handles panel.
Local image and audio tools
Files selected for tools marked “browser-only” remain on your device. They are decoded, changed, and exported by your browser and are not uploaded to IDFit.
YouTube creator tools
YouTube tools send only validated public video, channel, playlist, or handle identifiers to our server-side broker. Public responses may be cached for the period shown by the tool. We do not expose the YouTube API key or accept arbitrary proxy URLs.
Retention
Detailed anonymous events expire after 90 days. Aggregated counts may be retained without the session identifier or handle hash.
External services
Generation requests use OpenRouter and its selected Qwen or DeepSeek model provider with provider data collection disabled. Availability checks may use Bright Data or YouTube’s official API. Creator metadata tools use YouTube’s official API through a restricted server-side broker.
